👑🎶 Online SIX the Musical Workshop with Queen, Grace Melville 🎶👑 Join us for an exciting online SIX workshop with professional performer Grace Melville via Zoom 😍🎭✨ 🚨 This workshop is suitable for children aged 11+ and you do not have to be a current SOAR student to participate. We welcome all students of all abilities to join us! Grace has appeared in the 2022 UK & Ireland tour SIX the Musical and brings first-hand experience of the show and the audition process. For this workshop, participants will: 🎬 Pre-record a self tape of Catherine Parr’s monologue leading into a short section of “I Don’t Need Your Love.” 📖 Take part in a discussion of major plot points and a character breakdown of Catherine Parr. 🎤 Watch back self tapes during the live workshop and receive positive, constructive feedback to boost your performance. 🎬 Learn professional self tape techniques similar to those used in real auditions for SIX. ❓ End with a Q&A session, where students can ask questions about the show, auditions, training, and life as a performer.
